  • Case 01

    Runtime AI governance in production

    Comply54, our open-source governance layer, runs inside two production AI systems — an autonomous code review agent and a video intelligence platform analysing footage for security events. It enforces policy and regulatory checks at the point where those systems take action, not after the fact.

  • Case 02

    Automated motor claims assessment for an insurtech

    Claims assessors were reviewing vehicle damage photographs by hand on every submission, which slowed settlement and left room for inconsistent judgement. We built a computer vision system that identifies and classifies damaged motor parts directly from claim photos. It processes 1,000 photographs a day in production.
